Clear quartz crystal’s are energy amplifier’s. This crystal is one of my top favourite’s to use in my  healing work. It’s a great stone to use in meditation. Placing a piece on your third eye will amplify the energy and thought forms that flow in, making it a more clear and peaceful experience.Clear Quartz is great for bringing clarity when you’re overwhelmed, confused or in  need guidance. Keeping a piece of this crystal in your hand ,will help calm the energy in your auric field . Place a piece of quartz in bowl with your other crystals to help charge them all especially in a full moon ritual.
